About the event
NAMI Tarrant County is excited to bring together the community and professionals for a day of mental health awareness for the first time since COVID.
Includes six great learning sessions and lunch. Breakout session topics will include Long-Acting Injectables for Mental Illness With the Power of Peer Support, ReClaim611 will bring their Human Trafficking CEU in a 3-hour presentation, Sand Tray Therapy, Why Do People Lie?, QPR Suicide Prevention Training, and Caring for the Caregiver.
Each session (except ReClaim 611) is geared to the community, AND the professional. CEUs will be available for all sessions.
The cost for mental health professionals who need CEUs is $40 per person for the day, but community members who do not need continuing education credit may attend free of charge.
