In Lieu of our Connections Recovery Support Group, connect with others affected by mental illness with NAMI as we work through skills to navigate the holiday season. We will be offering a CALM De-Escalation Family Version for the first 45 minutes and pivot into helpful holiday discussions and concerns for the next few months. Allowing everyone to come together and get support as we start this holiday season. We will also be doing this during our December Support Group time. The group offers a safe and confidential place to discuss openly and find support. Connecting with others in a similar situation allows you to not feel alone. For our Signature Support Groups we encourage to visit our Burleson Connections Recovery Support Group on the first Wednesday of each month.
